Customer Service Agents- Immediate Starts

If so, we want to speak with you Our growing Client, based in Atherstone, are recruiting Customer Service Agents to join their vibrant team on a temporary to permanent basis. Immediate starts are available. Successful candidates must be able to start on Monday 16th March. Working hours will be on a rota basis between the hours of 7am - 7pm, Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8am - 1pm. Duties: Handling inbound calls in a professional manner Providing customers with accurate product and pricing information Assisting with customer queries in a timely manner Logging complaints onto the database Communicating shipments statuses from the track and trace system Delivering a high level of customer service at all times Working to call targets and KPIs Requirements: Must be available to start on Monday 16th March Previous experience within a customer service environment Ability to work to targets and deadlines Excellent telephone manner Package: £9.75 per hour Opportunity of a permanent position within 12 weeks Free car parking Modern office environment Please do not delay in applying, as immediate starts are available.
