Overview

Job Title: Sales Administrator Salary : £21,000 -£22,650 basic depending on experience selected bonuses Location: Hove Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 5.30 and Fridays 8.30 - 4.15. No weekend work is ever required. As an Operational Support Specialist your responsibilities will be: Reporting to directors and managers, relating to sales targets and other areas of performance Checking of system processes; sample testing; feedback Personnel areas such as holiday requests and sickness Varied updating and inputting of information such as customer equipment funds Office supplies such as stationery, food and drink and office supplies, printing and similar Liaising with our external IT company to communicate IT queries Events organisation (e.g. Summer/ Christmas do; lunches; team building or charity events) Requirements Confident, positive and friendly by nature Good communicator Strong work ethic Attention to detail Quick learner A desire to better yourself and value support, development, learning, loyalty and honesty Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Previous sales force experience would be beneficial Team player For more information please contact James Naylor at Clearline Recruitment.
