Are you an enthusiastic and professional individual, with a passion for the property industry, looking for a great new opportunity within a leading independent Estate Agency? 1-3 years' experience within property sales is required. Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 5pm (day off in lieu during the week) £18,000 per annum basic salary OTE circa £27,000 per annum Must drive and have your own vehicle Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent Hove, East Sussex Duties include: Registering applicants Matching properties to applicants needs Conducting viewings Negotiating and closing deals Liaising with buyers and landlords Canvassing of new properties Our clients require: Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure and to a high standard High attention to detail Enthusiastic and highly driven Property sales experience/similar sales background Established around 30 years ago, this team of leading independent Estate Agents specialise in residential sales covering Brighton and Hove.
