Due to the continued growth of this highly established company, we are now seeking an experienced Associate Director to join them on this exciting journey. As an Associate Director within this group you will be an essential member of the leadership structure, who will be responsible for developing, overseeing and managing a variety of strategic Pricing & Market Access projects (including Q.C of projects & deliverables, managing budgets and timelines), Managing existing and developing new client accounts. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a commercial environment (either a Market Access / Life Science consultancy or sponsor company), who is seeking an opportunity within a highly collaborative, fast-paced, international organisation. An office environment is always available for use however, our client are equipped to employ remote based professionals. - Please note, that as this role may require you to train and mentor junior staff so some office based time will be required Reporting to the Director of Global Market Access Operations,you will be responsible for: End to end execution of the payer research projects; understanding clients need, designing the questionnaire, selecting and suggesting payer archetypes which fits best for the clients need, analyse the payer responses, and develop deliverables including strategic insights and recommendations. Develop Strategies for Global Payer Recruitment, including specified archetypes, categorisation and engagement. Mentor, and train analyst staff from a Global Market Access perspective, including payer archetypes, market environment for US, EU5, Latin American, Asia-Pacific, and emerging markets. Project management including not only the day-to-day delivery and timeline of the projects but also delivering client presentations for client pitches, and other key meetings. Support Commercial Development as a content expert in proposal development, pitch presentations, and recognising new opportunities with existing clients. Working with the internal team to ensure timely, accurate, and value-added reports, developing ad hoc analysis, and researching other requests. Expand stakeholder network and recruitment of payers and payer advisors globally. Proactively support commercial team to identify new business opportunities and oversee execution of these opportunities. Experience and Expertise MSc or above in Market Access, Health Economics, or a closely related discipline. 6 years’experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device related consultancy / contract research organisation or a combination of consulting and "industry" experience. 4 years’ experience in Pricing/Market Access/ related disciplines with an emphasis on Payer Research. Deep understanding Global health care payer systems and Health Technology Assessments including experience conducting projects in emerging markets. Experience building / utilising portals for communication /market research purposes preferred. Demonstrable team building / leadership skills and ability to inspire.
