Candidates with a determination to deliver and exceed customer expectations by ensuring the vehicles are at the exceptional standard expected by our clients in a busy and often demanding environment. Panel Beaters/Paint sprayers/Strip-fitters/MET/Tyre Technicians Requirements: • To remove and refit automotive parts as required • To identify damages and select the correct repair method • To use the correct tools to carry out required repair process • To meet challenging deadlines and work as part of a team • Proven experience and capable of high quality repairs with all types of repair methods and materials • Quality control • Driving Licence required • An ability to keep up with a constant flow of work in a very fast paced environment • An ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive working relationship with all members of staff Hours & Days of Work Monday - Friday from 7.00am to 5.00pm (45 hours per week / 9hours paid, 1 hour of break unpaid). Available Shifts : • Days: Monday - Friday - 7.00am – 5.00pm Rules and Pay Rate Basic salary: £12 per hour (£540.00 per week) Overtime paid at Flat Rate (£12.00ph) for first 13 weeks.
