Overview
Industrial Service Engineer Middleton Competitive Basic Salary Overtime Responsibilities Liaise with project teams and management and Vendors relating to service maintenance activities Prepare, review and approve work packs required for the above related activities Undertake client equipment inspections and repairs, including but not limited to: Mechanical completion checks Factory acceptance tests Function/loop checks Technical Reporting Leak testing/pressure testing Under management direction, provide after sales services including inspections, spares, advice/recommendations, liaising with engineering departments as necessary. Provide HSEQ leadership ensuring personal compliance with legislation and Company policies Be fully familiar and fully conversant with department and company policies, procedures and processes, ensuring all work and actions undertaken are in full compliance at all times Daily travel to customer sites when required Qualifications ONC/HNC /HND in Engineering CSCS Card Experience Mechanical/Electrical knowledge within installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance environments Ability to create and track individual and team metrics Interpretation of engineering drawings Skills Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook) Knowledge of industry standards Process, Industrial and Production Technologies including rotating agitators and related components.
