A market leading, full-service firm in Manchester is seeking an experienced industrial disease solicitor. You will be joining an established Industrial Disease Department within which you'll handle a caseload of pre- and post- litigated NIHL and short tail/long tail disease matters. Experience in this area is therefore essential, as is a sound understanding of litigation and the CPR. You must be a qualified industrial disease solicitor with 1 years' PQE and demonstrable experience in handling a broad variety of disease matters including noise-induced hearing loss and/or short tail/long tail cases. Ideally, you will be used to using ProClaim and will have strong litigation and client care skills. Also, you'll be highly capable of drafting court documents/witness statements and instructions to counsel without supervision. On offer is a competitive salary, likely up to £35,000 with an excellent benefits package.
