Overview
Twenty Financial Services are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Lead to join a Global financial organisation in London. You will work as part of the wider EMEA technology function who are responsible for ensuring technology solutions across EMEA. Responsibilities Identify potential areas where appropriate to leverage 3rd party vendor support Ensure relationships with Heads of functions and clients are managed correctly Manage relationships and hold monthly service review meetings Standardise the Management Information for all service standards Identify risks and work to assess and mitigate those risks Review operational delivery standards Ensure accurate reporting of all KPIs Assess cost and feasibility while planning and delivering services Work with Head of Delivery to ensure IT controls are in place Skills Prior experience in delivering and managing IT service Proven experience in the set up and definition of service standards Experience of managing IT services that span multiple locations ITIL and Prince 2 beneficial If this role sounds of interest please call Leanne on Call (Appaji Tholeti - Gamesys Limited) This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89872338
