Overview
West London local authority are in need of an Interim Strategic Relationship Manager to start as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to join their high-performing team of Strategic Relationship Managers (SRMs). You will be working in the Digital Strategies division to help spearhead the delivery of their newly revamped digital and information strategy. This position will last at least 6 months but there is the possibility of this position lasting longer. As interim SRM, you will be responsible for liaising with senior stakeholders across the authority to ensure alignment between Digital services strategy, service strategies and the authorities priorities. To achieve this, you will support services through a wide range of strategic engagement activities to understand their digital and information needs – from project and programme pipeline management to leading on strategic initiatives of your own. We are looking for an SRM who is passionate and highly knowledgeable about the ability of technology to enable transformation in public service delivery. You will be an active contributor to the successful delivery of the department’s objectives and activities. You’ll also be responsible for managing your own portfolio of services. You will need a degree level qualification and relevant or equivalent experience to be considered. Your ability to interact confidently at all levels, and to communicate and challenge in an engaging and accessible way will see you succeed in this role.
