My client is an international recruitment company that provides business solutions to 22 different industry sectors in over 100 countries. They provide and sell these solutions so that multinational companies, institutions and SME's can make the best and most informed decisions possible to grow and develop their company. They have a client base that spans North and South America, Asia, EMEA and Australasia, including more than 100 of the Global 500 companies. Their aim is to become the world's number 1 provider of employment solutions. Due to this continued growth they are currently looking to hire 6 individuals to work for the sales team who can match their ambition. As a trainee business developer and resourcer you will be given full training across all areas of the business. This is a sales role and at first you will be focusing on contacting new clients over the phone and developing your own portfolio. From here you be selling employment opportunities and using a variety of methods to help satisfy your clients hiring needs. This is an exciting, challenging and fast paced working environment and requires only the brightest, talented and most ambitious individuals to succeed. My client only hires the best possible people, so you need to be passionate about what you sell. You will need good A-Levels and at least a 2:2 in your Degree. If you speak any other Languages at a high level and have spent a year aboard this would be a huge plus. You will have a genuine interest in business and economics and have an up to date knowledge of current affairs. This is a highly competitive market and as such requires highly competitive individuals to become successful. Any achievements that reflect this will be taken into account. Sales experience, especially business to business and over the phone combined with a track record of surpassing targets and earning commission will put you in a very advantageous position. This is a very autonomous role and once you have undergone the intensive training programme you will be free to start bringing in your own clients and earning commission. You will receive a starting basic of £23k with potential first year earnings in excess of £40k. There is huge opportunity for growth in this challenging sales role.
