Medical Science Liaison - North of England and Scotland - 12 Month contract, £excellent Competitive Rate Carrot Pharma Recruitment are working in partnership with a Global Pharmaceutical company to recruit an experienced Medical Science Liaison to join their field-based team covering the North of England and Scotland on a 12-month contract. The Company My client is a well-regarded large Pharmaceutical company who have a commitment to driving forward innovation within Medicine. Looking to recruit an MSL to work field based throughout the North East of England and Scotland you will join an established team of Medical Science Liaison specialising on Respiratory Products. The Role As an MSL within the company you will be responsible for delivering scientific information to Key Opinion Leaders, whilst developing and maintaining a technical and clinical expertise on the disease area and competition in the market. Sitting within the Medical Team you will provide expert advice and guidance to both internal and external healthcare professional. Duties will include You will identify and engage with healthcare professionals, leaders and experts of importance within the specialist therapy area. Proactively seeking external advice, insights and information from Healthcare professionals and relay this back to appropriate professionals and Key Opinion Leaders Deliver presentations based on research and data collated specific to your specialist therapeutic area. Act as a central contact for the company responding to enquiries and providing scientific expertise on company clinical trials and medicines. Fully understand and be compliant with company SOPs and the latest ABPI Code of Practice You To be consider for this role you will need to possess the following Hold a MSc, PhD or PharmD Be an experienced MSL or Pharmacist Proven experience of presenting complex scientific information to Healthcare Professionals at varying levels including thought leaders. Full UK Driver's License with a willingness to travel extensively throughout the North East of England, Yorkshire and Scotland My client is looking to offer a competitive daily rate plus the opportunity to gain experience of working with a leading Pharma company on an impressive portfolio of products.
