DETAILS: Full-time contract position ASAP start for minimum 12 month contract Field based covering Scotland, North east England and East of England Competitive daily rate of pay Global pharma company THE ROLE: A field based role responsible for non-promotional, scientific exchange and interactions, with External Experts (EE) and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). The primary role of the MSL is to understand & support the research and medical/scientific information needs of both SCEs & HCPs thereby adding value to the client through the opportunities that are created and knowledge gained. Exchange scientific information, and serve as a trusted source of unbiased, accurate, up-to-date medical and scientific knowledge. Proactively seeking external advice, insights and information from HCPs concerning the therapeutic area and treatment patterns which are not directly or indirectly linked to client products. Full job description available on application THE CANDIDATE: Our client is looking for experienced MSLs from a strong scientific background with an understanding of the MSL role. PhD preferred but NOT essential (will consider pharmacist / life science backgrounds). To join our clients team, covering Scotland, The North East and East of England (although the main hubs for this role are in Edinburgh and Glasgow). Working within the Respiratory team – prior therapy area experience not essential.
