ICT Field Assistant Imperial London Hotels LTD Permanent From £22,000 PA We are currently looking to appoint an ICT Field Assistant to join our well-established ICT department at Imperial London Hotels. Duties & Responsibilities: Perform all tasks and duties following procedures and guidance from seniors of the ICT Field team; Assist during the services and installations of bedrooms and office locks in accordance with manufacturers recommendation, specification and installation procedures; Carry out planned and preventative maintenance on all sites aiming to keep the environment safe, secure and in excellent conditions for staff and guest; Assist on maintenance, installation and repair of different devices including but not limited to TVs, aerials, desk phones, speakers, music systems, keypads and electronic locks; Assist seniors on locksmith duties that include but are not limited to cut and issue keys, re-key, install and repair locks, hardware, order new parts and pinning cylinders; Assist seniors during the troubleshoot and repairing work of both mechanical locking and electronic access control devices; Comfortable to use windows-based computers and operate software to cut key cards, perform audit locks, follow online documentation and create own documentation & records; Carry out maintenance, replacement and installation of new cabling for different devices including but not limited to Access Points, CCTV, phones and workstations; Assist helpdesk support team by answering calls during the peak times once requested by the Head of ICT or ICT Manager; Provide timely, effective and quality customer service support to all internal and external customers in a courteous professional manner at all times; Support the ICT team with tasks, projects or issues that require help from the ICT Field team; Responsible to address or escalate to ICT Manager or Head of ICT any issues or outstanding matter spotted on the field that may or may not be related to network and computer equipment that needs attention aiming to keep the environment safe and secure for staff and guest; Perform other duties from time to time as requested by ICT Manager and Head of ICT Responsible to support the ILH group by attending out of hours calls (week & weekend days) once requested by the Head of ICT or ICT Manager for cases of emergency or any other business needs Must Have: Experience in a similar position. Knowledge with keying, repairing, installing and servicing locks. Experience with cabling. Proven customer service & engagement experience.
