URGENT VACANCY An opportunity has become available for a permanent, highly professional and experienced Quality New Product Process Engineer that provide services to the Automotive, Defence, Lighting and Construction industries. This is a very attractive Mon - Friday day shift. We are looking for highly professional, well experienced 'hands on’ Candidates. You will have an excellent time served career history. Salary: Upto £35,000 pr annum Hours: 8/8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday Hols: Equivalent to 33 days Inc Bank Hols Benefits: Contributory Pension Scheme, Health Care Scheme, Onsite Parking Role and responsibilities of a NPI Process Engineer To take new NPI projects from planning stages to production and direct and monitor the manufacturing processes ensuring effective an deficient communication is maintained with clients Provide technical and quality assurance support to the shop floor and other departments when required Assist with ISIR & PPAP projects Ability to operate the CMM whilst providing technical support with machining processes Ensure all Quality systems and procedures are adhered to Assist with CCAR reporting and maintenance of calibration systems Promote and carry out Continuous Improvement within the department Skills and Experience Experience with Die Casting Experience with managing PPAP and ISIR new product projects Operating CMM machines We are looking for highly professional, well experienced 'hands on’ Candidates.
