The job This role is working within the company’s fast-paced and dynamic kitchen where you will be the technical point of contact. You will support a quality culture and management system to ensure that products manufactured are at the right quality, the first time, with no defeats. You will ensure all ingredients and recipes meet the strict quality criteria, supporting the training of the operation and despatch teams to be able to implement QC procedures within their roles. You will also run trend analysis, maintain visual, QAS and operational standards, investigate non-conformances plus participate in new ingredient and process trials as required. Your experience Educated to an HND/degree level in a food science, food technology or related subject, you will possess at least 3 years hands-on quality/technical experience from within food manufacturing. You will be determined and passionate, be able to hit the ground running and be able to motivate others to drive quality standards throughout the production process. You will have excellent organisation skills, the ability to interpret data, be IT literate including Microsoft Office plus be a confident communicator.
