Fleet and Facilities Co-ordinator
Overview
A Lichfield based company has an exciting opportunity for a Fleet and Facilities Co-ordinator to join their resources department on a 12 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will provide support to the Fleet and Facilities Manager by general co-ordination of servicing and maintenance calls for all company fleet vehicles and all company premises. This is an interesting and varied role and will require excellent organisation, communication and administration skills. Key responsibilities will include: Fleet Maintenance: • Co-ordination of preventative and reactive maintenance of all company vehicles including management of hire vehicles and liaison with suppliers, users and our contracts and service departments for planning • Co-ordination of all aspects of vehicle accident management including insurances • Congestion charging, driving licence monitoring and vehicle management system • Sourcing of daily rentals • Assisting with local deliveries and collections Facilities Management: • Preventative and reactive maintenance of company premises (including remote sites) • General waste management • PAT Testing and B.M.S Engineer Liaison: • Inspection and testing of plant (i.e. PAT testing) • Assisting with new starters and leavers • Purchasing and issuing of plant • Purchasing and issuing of PPE and work uniform Skills required: • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with suppliers and internal employees at all levels • A good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook • A full UK driving licence is essential • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
