Fleet & Facilities Coordinator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Overview
Hollyfield Personnel are recruiting for Fleet & Facilities Coordinator to join our client based in Fradley Park on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract The Role - Co-ordination of preventative and reactive maintenance of all company vehicles including management of hire vehicles and liaison with suppliers, users and our contracts & service departments for planning. Co-ordination of all aspects of vehicle accident management including insurances. Congestion charging, driving licence monitoring & vehicle management system. Sourcing of daily rentals. Maintenance of the data on Vehicle Management Software. Assisting with the local deliveries and collections. The Person - The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Have the ability to deal with suppliers and staff at all levels. A good working knowledge of SAP ideally but not essential. A full UK driving licence is necessary for this position. Working hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Hollyfield Personnel do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
