Business Development Executive - Admissions of Open Programmes We have an exciting opportunity for a business development executive for a leading global Executive Education Centre of Excellence across its Open Programmes providing lead generation and admission process responsibilities The Core responsibilities include: ·Identify, qualify and convert leads. ·Assist with incoming enquiries while maintaining a high-level service at all times ·To develop business development initiatives across target segmentation, telephone, email and social media. ·To attend events, follow up generated marketing leads, respond to emails ·To welcome participants on programme start dates ·Provide weekly updates for programme admissions before the start date ·Create all opportunities on Salesforce for Open Programmes ·Maintain accurate paperwork to linkup with records on Salesforce ·Act as the main point of contact for the Alumni Open Programmes ·Meet & welcome students while attending programmes ·Work with the Events team to organise reunions for Alumni students Please note ·Some activities may include activities outside the normal working day and may include some evenings (Drinks, Events, Conferences) so you must be flexible. Ideal Fit ·Preferably a similar role within a business school or Executive Education Programme Admissions role with Sales ·Experience of reconciling financial information ·Proficient user of CRM ·Responsive experience within with customer service either phone, face to face or email ·Able to prioritise tasks and manage busy schedules ·Sound financial understanding · High-level attention to detail ·Good numeracy skills, Excellent customer service skills ·Strong relationship building skills ·Business development experience ·Excellent IT Skills - MS Word / Excel /email Desirable ·Educated to degree level or equivalent standard, ·An interest in Executive education ·Experience of conducting financial data
