THE ROLE: As the Principle Engineer here, you will be expected to technically lead a cross-functional team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps. You'll be leading this team across full stack data solution projects, with the aim to enable SME's to utilise the value of their data. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: To be successful, you must possess the following attributes, skills, and experience. Educated to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Have exceptional commercial experience in multiple of the following: kafka, kinesis, snowflake, pyspark, airflow, Kubernetes Proven experience in a Technical leadership role, and ability to make technical and strategic decisions Strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team. THE BENEFITS: The successful applicant will receive a salary - dependent on experience - between £95,000-105,000.
