Our client is a behaviour management specialist who aim to deliver bespoke and individual care to young people by providing stability, developing resilience and facilitating transition when the time is right, they strive to achieve outstanding outcomes for children who are looked after. With the organisation going through a period of growth they are seeking a Registered Manager in the Derby area supporting children aging from 8-18 with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties and Challenging behaviour. Requirements - NVQ 3 Children and Young People, NVQ 5 Leadership and Management Previous experience with OFSTED is essential as all homes are GOOD or OUTSTANDING.
