Overview
A large High Street, fast-paced Retailer is looking for a Store Manager Designate to join their team in the Oxfordshire area. The client offer their customers with a wide range of products both branded and own brand at amazing value. You will lead, support and motivate your teams to hit your stores performance targets whilst providing exceptional customer service across local stores. You will be commercially minded, exploring new ways to enhance the performance of your KPI’s and have an active involvement with HR activities. You will be experienced in management at Store Manager or an advanced Assistant Manager level looking for the next step up. You be will able to demonstrate managing a large and are able to work and perform well in a fast-paced environment. It is mandatory that you have a Full UK Drivers License and complete access to your own vehicle to fulfil the demands of this role. Salary: £29,000 - £35,000
