Lifestyle Co-ordinators / Support Worker - About the Role: Due to increased demand for our support, we are looking to grow our teams in Kendal to support adults with learning disabilities. You will enhance their lives, assist them with daily tasks, and support them to live independently whilst promoting their hobbies and interests. Working with Oaklea is both rewarding as well as at times challenging. Lifestyle Co-ordinators / Support Worker - What We Need from You: You don’t have to be experienced, just have an excellent attitude to working with people as full training will be provided.
