The Job: On behalf of our client we are seeking a Part Time Administration Assistant to join their Procurement team in central Bristol. This is 3 days per week basis. This is a great opportunity to join a busy established team You will be tasked with broad range of administration tasks in support of the travel and procurement team. Within this role your main responsibilities will include: Corporate card reconciliation Chasing missing supplier documentation Updating spreadsheets Re design and updating intranet pages Co-ordinating all train refunds Chasing other offices reconciliation of invoices Chasing all corporate card holders for receipts and reconciliation Keeping internal manuals up to date Administrative assistant to the travel team The Person: For this role our client is looking for someone with the following skilsl and experience. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook. Ability to prioritise conflicting work demands. Capable of working calmly and accurately under pressure to strict deadlines. Ability to operate in a flexible, organised, consistent and committed manner and able to pay attention to detail. Good interpersonal skills and a confident approach to personal communications and the maintenance of discretion and confidentiality. Demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative, enthusiasm and commitment to high quality standards. Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, suppliers and other members of staff. Confident working independently and with little supervision once fully trained.
