Military Medical Personnel are currently looking for an Assistant Director of Services to undertake a permanent, full-time role with an award winning learning disabilities charity in Central London. This rare and unique opportunity would be ideal for you if you have significant management experience within Learning Disabilities (Registered Manager/ Qualified Nurse), and have knowledge of the legislative and quality frameworks for the sector. In this role, you will provide clear leadership, demonstrated by passion and enthusiasm; driving the services forward to achieve operational targets and excel in all fields. You will show eagerness to deliver the strategic plan of the organisation, while overseeing the operational challenges and successes of the services, ensuring they run cost effectively, delivering contracts and enhancing their reputation. To apply for this role, you will need to hold a qualification in nursing and have experience in management or leadership roles within the sector.
