Overview
Insurance and Gas Service Officer - 3 months - £14.50 plus Holiday Pay - London Your new company Come and join this local government body working on the development within their community. You will be a part of a team who are focused on the development within the local community which essentially improve the standard of living. Your new role You will need to provide administrative support to the Home Ownership department. You will be required to: Be the main point of contact for leaseholders Manage different contracts within your team Use your technical knowledge to manage different schemes e.g. Gas Servicing Able to achieve targets which are set by your Manager Provide quality customer service Liaise with other departments within the council and external agencies, and Actively promote the council's schemes and ensure the correct information is being supplied. What you'll need to succeed Must have good customer service experience, with the ability to be able to understand needs and maintain those needs and expectations. You must be a confident communicator both written and verbal as you will be liaising with local residents, clients and specialist professionals. You must be an experienced administrator as you will be assisting with the day to day running of the office. Must have the ability to understand complex situations and come up with a solution to the problem so you will need to be quick on your feet. You must be IT literate as you will be maintaining a database keeping track of checks that need to be done. You must have high attention to detail as recording accurate information is vital. You will need to be friendly, confident and outgoing as you will be dealing with customer queries and working closely with internal personnel.
