Commercial Property Solicitor Salary Negotiable DOE Hertfordshire Full Time or Part Time A well regarded, multi-office practice in Hertfordshire seeks an ambitious Solicitor to join their established commercial property team. The firm are strategically placed in busy towns throughout Hertfordshire and are regarded highly in the local and surrounding areas receiving a consistent stream of instructions from a nationwide network of new and existing clients. You will take over an existing commercial property caseload with a focus on devising business development initiatives to win new clients for the firm. The caseload will be varied and will touch upon commercial sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work and property development matters. The firm are open to applications from Solicitors with at least two years experience handling a similar caseload, with no upper limit to level of PQE. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop within a reputable practice and equally, an ideal chance to join an established team and work with autonomy and flexibility. To be considered for this position you must be a qualified and practising Solicitor with broad experience in commercial property.
