As part of ongoing this major independent broker is now looking to recruit an exceptional Senior Account Director to join the team in Hertfordshire Inheriting an existing book, with the additional responsibility of growing the book Reporting directly to the Regional Director Working with a wide range of Commercial and Corporate clients on varied and complex risks ranging across a broad spectrum of size and market sector Working in partnership with an experienced team of Account Handlers and Senior management The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and be adept at forming successful external and internal relationships at all levels The Company One of the UK’s largest independent Insurance Broker with clients throughout the UK enjoying fantastic growth. Successful candidates will have a strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, and proven experience with Commercial and Corporate clients You will be passionate about offering all clients exceptional levels of service A self-starter, you will be equally building the book through your network or client recommendations You will be ambitious, tenacious and possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
