A highly regarded Construction team is looking for a Construction Associate to join their growing team, handling a varied case load of non-contentious construction matters. You will work with a diverse client base including major organisations, developers and contractors on a range of non-contentious matters. The work will encompass all areas of non-contentious construction and you should have a good understanding of construction management, management contracting, joint venture partnerships and alternative methods of procurement. The Partner is looking for a commercially astute individual who is not only confident in handling complex work, but who is comfortable developing new & existing client relationships.
