This Big 4 M&A team is a true cornerstone of the Firm; often leading at the front with pace of work, expertise and skills and innovative thinking. With exciting growth plans, this team is continuing to rapidly expand and as such require a qualified and ambitious M&A Tax Manager to join the team. You will find yourself part of a transactional group of specialists that include Corporate and Private Equity deal specialists, in addition to Restructuring and Fund/Management structuring specialists; ensuring a natural hedge against market turbulence and a higher diversity of complex work. This is also a forward thinking team that prides itself in flexibility of working - whether involving working in several areas or in working from home. In return you'll find yourself in a role that will provide you with some of the best exposure in the market to a variety of transactions, from acquisitions of small family-owned concerns to high-profile, newsworthy deals.
