CARE AND SUPPORT WORKERS NEEDED Do you have a caring nature? Have you got care experience? Do you want flexible working hours? IF SO, THEN WE NEED YOU This is an ideal role for someone who may be looking to pick up extra work around current commitments or someone who needs the option of flexible hours We are looking for Care Assistants who are/have : Passionate about making a difference to people’s lives Honest and reliable Positive Loyal and committed Good communication skills Enthusiastic and motivated Bailey Care Support Workers: Make every day amazing- We want to see the people we support smile; we do all we can to help the people we support get the most out of every day. Fun- while the day to day things need to be done including (but not limited to) help with personal care, budgeting, shopping, cleaning, booking, laundry and assistance with medication. Activities and day trips are part of everyday, so every day will be different and enjoyable.
