Overview

LNR are looking for a Registered Nurse for a medium sized nursing home in Malmesbury, Wiltshire that is expanding due to its local success. The nursing home caters to elderly service users and is purpose built within a beautiful location. The successful registered nurse will be joining a private company who pride themselves on the excellent reputation of their homes. The Nursing Home is looking for 2 nurses and can accommodate either full time or part time hours. The nurse should be general qualified and will ideally have 6 months post qualification experience. The company can offer either day shift or night shift with salary enhancements for night shifts. Responsibilities: Administering medication Produce individual care plans Maintain accurate records Work to NMC and CQC guidelines and regulations Commit to improving the lives of residents Training and development of the staff Communicate effectively with staff, residents and the families of the residents The successful nurse must be: RGN (or equivalent) Able to work in the UK Have a valid NMC pin Salary is dependent on experience.
