Overview
A Legal 500 firm are experiencing exponential and consistent demand in their Residential Property team, even throughout the recent difficulties and are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing team. The firm have established themselves as one of South London's leading firms, attracting high profile talent and establishing an enviable client base. Over the next few years, they have ambitious & exciting plans for further growth, including the opening of a City office and as a Senior member of the team, you will play a vital role in their development. You will be an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, ideally with at least 5 years PQE at another highly regarded firm and you will be comfortable in handling a varied case load of high value Residential Property matters from initial instruction through to completion. The Partner is also looking for a commercially astute individual who is able to build new relationships whilst leveraging existing relationships to drive growth. Existing client relationships will be advantageous. The firm offer an above market rate salary, highly competitive benefit package including bonus and have a focus on offering a good work/life balance.
