Service Delivery Manager Gloucester Up to £50,000 Do you aim to provide the best customer service around? If you do, you could be exactly the Service Delivery Manager we are looking for Working for a leading IT service provider, you will be responsible for managing the customer experience, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions. Duties include: Managing customer relationships with larger customers, including major household names Leading regular service review meetings Providing recommendations for service improvements Provide customer insight to sales team Assist with contract negotiation Assess impact of infrastructure changes on customer's system Skills and Experience required: Experience of service delivery management Ability to lead change in a customer driven environment Ability to develop customer relationships at all levels Negotiation skills Awareness of ITIL methodologies and standards For immediate consideration, please send your CV to Carrie i2i Recruitment today.
