Overview
Quality And Risk Administrator Harrogate £22,000 My Client a Leading Law Firm are looking to recruit a Quality & Risk Administrator to join their team and ensure that the firm is compliant with all contractual, legislative and regulatory obligations. Key Responsibilities: Working in accordance with the firm's compliance and monitoring plan Assist with the daily, monthly, quarterly monitoring activities of the firm Produce Management Reports Data Inputting and updating of information Produce supervision packs Monitoring and reporting on trends arising through analysis and presentations Assisting with development of standard operating procedures and templates Escalate to the Head of Risk & Compliance issues requiring attention Promote compliance on all regulatory requirements and lead by example in the discharge of the role Undertake or assist with ad-hoc projects for the Quality & Risk team Work in accordance with the project plans for external accreditations such as LEXCEL, ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System), ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), and Investors in People and any other such accreditations that the Firm may, from time to time deem appropriate to obtain Write up the compliance reviews making recommendations for corrective actions Skills Required: Excellent Excel and Microsoft office skills Previous experience of working within a compliance department in a regulated sector Professional Compliance Qualifications would be an advantage in this role Experience of working independently Excellent attention to detail Excellent organisational skills Good interpersonal skills with the ability to get on with a wide range of people at all levels Strong communication skills, both written or verbal If you have strong administration skills and are interested in the position please apply asap CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
