Overview

EXCELLENT NEW ROLE for well respected business in Harrogate town centre. Reporting to the Head of Quality & Risk the main purpose of the Quality & Risk Administrator is to assist in ensuring that the business is compliant with all contractual, legislative and regulatory obligations. Key duties include: Providing administrative support to the Quality & Risk ('Q & R’) team; Working in accordance with the Q & R compliance and monitoring plan; Assist with the daily monitoring activities of the business Production of Management Board Reports/information for departmental and committee purposes in line with the compliance plan; Maintaining a document directory of policies & procedures; Data inputting and updating of information; Arranging and managing diaries for team meetings, committee meetings and ad hoc requests; Ensuring that regulatory issues found through the monitoring processes are properly escalated to the relevant business areas in conjunction with the Head of Quality and Risk Responsibility for records management of the team on a day to day basis and ensuring all platforms maintained by the team are updated Promote compliance on all regulatory requirements and lead by example in the discharge of the role; Undertake or assist with ad hoc projects for the Quality & Risk team; Attending and arranging committee meetings chaired by the Head of Quality & Risk and minute taking where necessary; To work in accordance with the project plans for external accreditations such as LEXCEL, ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System), ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), and any other such accreditations that the Firm may, from time to time deem appropriate to obtain; Assisting with collating audit reports, project information, analysis of results etc. and presentation of said data in the appropriate format both in terms of standard forms/ precedents as well as attention to detail concerning visual presentation. Such other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time The role will incorporate national objectives, and this may require some travel to all offices from time to time. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and have solid previous administrative experience, preferably within a legal or regulated environment. Good attention to detail and organisation is key with substantial IT skills including but not limited to Microsoft Excel and Office generally.
