Production Supervisor Business facilities services Maternity Cover £14per Hour Holiday Pay, paid Weekly Day shift - 7day rota (5 on 2 off) Slough Trading Estate Vanta Staffing are the exclusive staffing partner to an exciting company operating within the facilities environment offering re-manufacturing services. With state of the art workshops in Slough Trading estate, they are looking to implement their growth plans and recruit more Production supervisors to streamline their production site. The successful Production Supervisor duties will include; Lead the production team ensuring all work flow is manageable and meet productivity targets Ensure that clients fulfilments are meet and live up the companies high level of quality Work to and adhere all legislative procedures and SOPs Manage, recruit and supervisor all production employees (HR functions) Work to the companies high standards at all times Work to health & safety policies Hours of work, 5 on 2 off, day shift only This could be a brilliant chance for a team leaders, supervisors to step up and work for one of the most progressive, professional companies on the trading estate.
