Position: Mechanical Design Engineer Location: Bedford Salary: £25,00 - £34,000 depending on experience. Overtime rate available We are a market leading manufacturer of some of the most advanced automated solutions supplied to the manufacturing market and we are looking to appoint a mechanical design engineer to our well established team. The Mechanical Design Engineer will be working in a small but well established team of engineers. The Mechanical Design Engineer will be involved in projects from the initial concept phase right through to the manufacturer. It's not out of the ordinary for one of our Mechanical Design Engineers to be found in the workshop, helping with the build of their projects. As a Mechanical Design Engineer you'll have: - A minimum of an HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline. - At least 1 years of experience designing for manufacture. - Experience designing bespoke special purpose machinery using SolidWorks. - A passion for Engineering and your personal development.
