BPS is working with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner who are looking for a Dynamics CRM Support Consultant . They can offer a great opportunity to work with like-minded individuals across the business who will help aid your development. · Provide Tier 1 support: Logging, managing, investigating and resolving incidents · Be responsible for the whole lifecycle of the tickets · Cover support on products such as but not limited to; Dynamics 365, Marketing automation tools, integrations · Coordinate the work of ROTA Developers and Consultants · Be fully engaged in the scheduled managed delivery deployments and change requests · Coordinate the work of 3rd parties · Be proactive in chasing pieces both internally and externally to ensure smooth progression and efficient closures · Act as a single point of contact for clients and internal staff · Report on platform bugs to Service Delivery Manager to ensue hotfixes are rolled out · Complete allocated study time to improve knowledge and share with the team internally · Create and update internal knowledge base articles · Report on time usage · Communicate effectively within the Support team Advantageous · Provide Tier 2 support; on escalated cases where a deeper technical knowledge is required (consultancy and/or development) · Provide support on internal systems and hardware · Client site visits · Act as a bridge between CRM and Website issues Requirements · Microsoft Dynamics CRM /365 (CRM versions 2011/2013/2015/2016/365) · Software Support and Administration · System configuration and customization · User training and guidance · Server administration and maintenance (On-premise) and Tenancy management (CRM Online) Advantageous · Deployment · Change Control (such as solutions) · Software Development Background (C# and JavaScript) or infrastructure background · SQL and Database Management (T-SQL and SSRS) · SharePoint (on-premise and cloud) · Membership sector experience The role offers a great opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their career and work with various clients across multiple industry sectors.
