Audio Visual Installation Engineer
Overview
My client is looking for an engineer with around 3 years’ experience in the home automation and AV industry who is looking to take on a new challenge and progress with a forward thinking and growing company. The successful candidate will be working on high end residential projects as well as commercial projects. The candidate will be tasked with being a hands-on installer with excellent attention to detail to the finishing of a project. The candidate will ideally need to be able to build and test AV racks, install second fix equipment such as keypads, touch panels as well as crimp and terminate connectors and cables and generally have good experience with all stages of an installation. The majority of the installations will be in or around London. This is a position best suited to someone that is happy to work in small team environment as opposed to being one of many employers. Previous hands on experience of installing Crestron, Lutron and IT Home Networks is ideal. Any experience in programming would be a huge benefit.
