HRBP – global start up London (interviews will be via VC) Our client is a dynamic, creative start up, they are rapidly expanding and are keen to find an ambitious, talented experience HRBP to join them with their fast growth plans. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a progressive role, happy to work with ambiguity, reporting into Head of HR. The Role; Varied hands on generalist HRBP role – with a strong recruitment focus whilst they expand at pace. Knowledge and skills required; Experience in a commercial HRBP role - The ability to think creatively, and be innovative Have the strategic foresight to challenge conventional thinking Proven experience in designing and developing programs and interventions Highly collaborative and able to influence across a diverse stakeholder group Strong project management, presentation and facilitation skills.
