Fantastic permanent HRBP role- Part time 4 Days based in Manchester Your new company My client is a well-known professional services business based in Manchester City Manchester who have a fantastic reputation in the market. This is a global business who have grown rapidly over the last 3 years. Due to expansion, my client is looking to increase headcount and recruit an experienced HRBP on a part time basis. Your new role Reporting to the head of HR and working as part of an established HR team, you will be responsible for implementing a people strategy across the group as well as acting as a true business partner to the senior leaders in the business. This is a generalist role with a good operational & strategic mix. Key duties will also include co ordinating salary reviews, providing a strong HR service and succession planning across the business. What you'll need to succeed You will be a strong influencer and have a track record of working at business partner capacity. The successful candidate must have experience of working within a large professional services environment, ideally within the legal or financial services industry. You will have a strong generalist background and will have a pragmatic commercial approach. The ideal candidate with also have excellent IT skills with a confident & creditable approach to HR.
