Overview
The Settlements Administrator is at the hub of the business. It is the busy thriving hub that has enabled us to remain an agile, fast growth business. A small but highly successful team, the department is responsible for managing over £5bn per annum in transactions, whilst forging key relationships with our clients, banks and Front Office employees.Within Financial Services, settlements are part of the non revenue generating function. Client Details Based in the City of London, this is an award winning Financial Services firm listed on the London Stock Exchange. Description The core duties of the Settlements Administrator are: Booking of incoming funds Releasing of outbound payments Handling payment queries Managing FX trade reconciliations Bank account reconciliation Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries Liaising with clients (both internal and external) to resolve any queries raised in a timely manner Identifying system and process improvements and raising these for consideration Profile The key requirements for the Settlements Administrator are: Experience in financial services (FX brokerage or payments) preferred Strong time management skills Methodical and numerate, with a strong attention to detail.
