Care Assistant (Nights) based at Stratton House, Bath Available Hours: Permanent - Full Time - 33 hours per week - (Nights) Shift Details - 3 nights a week, working every other weekend. On Main bus route from Bristol to Bath. Onsite parking. Are you a compassionate individual who would like to make a difference to the lives of older people? The role requires individuals who: are flexible in their approach and sensitive to the needs of residents enjoy the company of older people have a willingness to learn and develop work well as part of a team have the ability to form positive relationships with residents, their families and professional colleagues You will be responsible for supporting older people to live their daily lives to the full, assisting with their physical and personal needs to enhance each individual's well-being. Located in a leafy suburban setting, Stratton House hosts beautifully kept grounds of its own and just across the road is Bath's extensive Royal Victoria Park, which stretches below the city's famous Royal Crescent. The home has recently had a substantial GBP 204,000 refurbishment, ensuring a modern feel within its classic exterior. In 1950, Stratton House was a nursing home capable of housing just five patients. Under the care of MHA, who took it over in that year, it has grown to its current capability of 33 residents.
