Overview
This leading Global Investment Bank, is looking for an experienced Team Assistant who is passionate about working in a high pressure, fast paced, highly dynamic environment, within their Sales and Trading Division. This opportunity has arisen as a result of growth in the division - they have, and continue to be, highly successful. Excited by the prospect of supporting a team of traders, as well as more senior executives to VP and MD level, you will thrive on juggling multiple demands, managing ever changing diaries, booking constant international travel and creative associated itineraries. You will be someone who thrives on liaising with clients and enjoys communicating with others on the phone and in person. You will be a natural organiser and confident communicator Naturally team focused, you will work as part of an Assistant group, providing coverage and support for each other, the end result being top level support to your team, MDs and Partners. Successfully delivering a first class service will be at forefront of everything you do. The firm are keen to hire a bright, proactive candidate who has proven team support experience. Ideally gained within Financial Services - Investment Banking or similar, you may also have experience of supporting a team in another fast moving industry, where juggling tasks and providing a top level service is paramount. You will be someone who take pride in their work, who thrives on providing support to others, and would appreciate having the opportunity to develop their career in the high profile investment sector. To thrive in this role will be a confident people person; someone who enjoys providing an excellent service to those you come into contact with, have a proactive approach, thrive under pressure and enjoy a challenge.
