1st Line Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst / Desktop Support Analyst £25,000 - £28,000 benefits 1st Line Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst / Desktop Support Analyst / Retail My client are an industry leading Retail and Fashion business based in London, they are looking for a personable 1st Line Support Analyst to join their Support function. You will be responsible for providing hands on 1st line support in a busy multichannel retail environment covering a number of systems, technologies and locations. You will need experience providing reactive 1st line support ensuring that support and resources are available to respond to issues in the timescales required. The successful candidate will have hands on experience of working in an IT/helpdesk/1st line support function and ideally have a background in customer services.
