It is also a growing business with an ongoing need to attract the very best talent, currently looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the highly regarded HR and Talent Acquisition team. The Role : Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Director, you will be a true ambassador, delivering an engaging candidate/hiring manager experience across your primary focus of all Senior and Group roles. You will proactively attract diverse talent pools in all disciplines, promoting our client as an employer of choice, and provide leadership to a variety of HR and TA initiatives To be successful in this role, you will be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment requirements within the designated region Clearly qualify and support hiring manager needs Analyse and evaluate new and existing job descriptions and ensure description is aligned with JD template and competencies Coach hiring managers on effective recruitment practices Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle: source, liaise, manage candidates through the process Be the face of the employer brand and point of contact to candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies about the company's recruitment activities Develop and implement recruiting strategies (including social media) utilising a high level of creativity and latitude Build databases and develop a talent pipeline Represent the organization at job fairs, University associations and other recruitment venues Take ownership for updating recruitment systems and processes to capture important data on candidates and for reporting & audit purposes Lead employer branding initiatives Lead or work on Talent Acquisition and HR projects Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates building active talent pools and talent pipelines Skills/Experience: Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (LinkedIn etc) Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) Experience of recruiting in multiple countries Excellent verbal and written communication skills An understanding of the complexities of a matrix environment Our client is ideally looking for individuals who enjoy working as part of a close team, are passionate about what they do and who strive to make a difference.
