How you’ll make an impact… We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract for Maternity cover, working as part of our small recruitment team, you’ll have a passion for talent acquisition and demonstrable expertise in sourcing great candidates. You’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing candidates for roles across all of our locations Milton Keynes, London and Manchester and building a pipeline of talent. You’ll employ a range of creative sourcing and search strategies and use internal and external channels to ensure efficient and successful hiring including job boards, social media platforms to engage and develop relationships with candidates for current and future vacancies; attend careers events and be the champion for a wide range of opportunities at Xero. You’ll be required to build an excellent understanding of the many vacancies you’ll be sourcing for and our ATS to keep all records up to date and look after the recruitment administration involved in delivering a talent acquisition service that is second to none. You will also be responsible for managing a small number of your own vacancies. What you’ll bring… You will have experience of working as an In-house Talent Resourcer and have successfully supported multiple vacancies across a variety of business areas, whilst maintaining great communication with Talent colleagues and candidates alike. You’ll have excellent sourcing skills and a proven track record or finding, attracting and securing high quality candidates and top talent with a wide variety of tools and resources. Fantastic written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent administrative skills, are essential alongside the ability to build great rapport and represent Xero beautifully.
