Overview
I am looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to work with my client in Macclesfield . This is a permanent role with a growing and thriving organisation with excellent prospects and earning potential. For this role you must have a financial services background. The role will involve dealing with customer queries and ensuring the matter is resolved. v Communicate professionally with customers ensuring they are treated fairly by providing excellent advice and an excellent service v Adhere to detailed internal procedures to ensure accurate maintenance of client records v Meet individual daily, weekly and monthly KPI and quality targets by delivering great customer outcomes v Embrace the company culture, policies and procedures v Accurately and compliantly complete and maintain all customer records If you feel this role would be of interest to you, you must possess a good standard of education have good questing and listening skills with the ability to make the customer feel like a number one priority.
