Due to business growth they are looking for an energetic Customer Support Advisor to support customers with their product queries. Client Details Our client, based in Macclesfield, is a market leading technology/IT business, with a wide range of customers globally. They are looking for Customer Support Advisor to join their customer support team. Description Duties of the Customer Support Advisor role include: Supporting customers with product queries Liaising with customers via email and phone Overcoming technical queries Upskilling customers with product knowledge Acting as the main point of contact for all customers, providing updates on their cases Profile The successful candidate will be/have: Strong communication skills A drive to succeed Strong technical knowledge Excellent organisational skills Job Offer The salary on offer is £19k - £20k Great working environment Fantastic company benefits
