Account Handler job, Southwark, Salary £25K Open GI experience preferred working for an Independent Broker Your new company Your new job working as an Account Handler, will be working for an independent family owned Insurance Broker based in Waterloo. Your new Brokers offers first rate services and products from the Insurance sector, providing all types of Yacht Insurance as well as specialist commercial products and packages. You're new a greater proportion of client facing staff than many other Brokers pride themselves on. Due to substantial growth within the division a permanent job for a trainee account handler, who can use Open GI has arisen. Your new role Your new job working as an Account Handler, means you will be responsible for liaising with clients and handling cross-class Marine Yacht, Commercial and Private Client Insurance risks. You will be trained and taught all aspects of client servicing to include; handling renewals, dealing with New Business Queries and handling all aspects of Mid-term adjustments. You will be confident in your ability to liaise professionally at all levels this will include liaising with Broker, clients and Insurers according. An essential aspect of your new role will entail using Open GI and liaising with clients directly to ascertain their requirements and demands. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience working as an Insurance Administrator or Account handler, where you have developed a basic knowledge of the Insurance Market will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will be extremely confident in your ability to use Open GI, liaise with key personnel to include; Brokers, Account Handlers and Insurers alike. Your previous experience means you will have a basic understanding of the Insurance Market and will enjoy learning and growing with the team. Your friendly nature will allow you to fit well within a small team and be responsible for face-to-face client visits.
